    Can we buy from you if we don’t have an account?

    • Yes, anyone is welcome to purchase from us without a required ABN number. However you must pick up the order from one of our depots. To purchase any wine from our depots, it is a minimum 9ltrs (approximate 12 x 750ml size bottles or 6 x 1.5lt size bottles) as per the Liquor Licencing Act (Queensland 1992)

    Do all the warehouses stock the same products?

    • Each warehouse located throughout Queensland stocks the same base line products, but not all areas throughout Queensland demand the same unique diversity of products. For example, our customers in Far North Queensland will cater more to the Resorts and Holiday Hotels, which requires a different type of product base compared to somewhere like Brisbane that will cater to more of the busy city life of Cafés and Delis.     What if your warehouses don’t deliver to my area?

    • Food – If you are outside of our local CBD delivery area, we can arrange to have your order delivered to your door under the following Conditions:
      • You purchase the minimum of $150.
      • You nominate the transport company of your choice.
      • You pay for the freight of your nominated transport company to have it delivered to your desired location.
    • Wine – If you are outside of our local CBD delivery area, we can arrange to have your order delivered to your door under the following Conditions:
      • You purchase the minimum of $150.
      • You nominate the transport company of your choice.
      • You pay for the freight of your nominated transport company to have it delivered to your desired location.
